Technical skills and Knowledge:

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) - B2 level. You are going to work with international clients and candidates;

  • Strong interpersonal communications skills to negotiate, resolve conflicts, present ideas, etc.

  • Be creative and open-minded.

About the position

Talemy is a young start-up with a mission "To search for a way to provide everyone the best place to shine". We provide human-resources consulting services ranging from recruitment (70%) to learning and development, employer branding, etc. (30%)

As the heart of our company, the internal operations team is aware of each employee's preferences, knows which skills gaps need closing, and promotes a culture of transparency, respect, discipline, and, of course, fun.

As an internal operations executive, you are in charge of Talemy's growth both organization-wide and department-wide. You are going to do research on career development to create a comprehensive learning and development system for Talemy. You are also responsible for growing a Gen Z-packed company both in quantity and quality (recruitment and internal engagement).

Basically, Talemy employees' well-being is in your hands. To apply for this position, you don't need to have the brightest profile. Talemy is looking for people who are persistent, tenacious, curious, hands-on, and, of course, disciplined.

Responsibilities

You can either work as an internal operations generalist (owning every task) or be a specialist in a division of your choice. Your decision should be made after the onboarding process.

Recruitment

  • Responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding process;

  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including assessments and virtual interviews;

  • Organize candidates’ data (such as resumes and contact details) in internal databases;

  • Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback;

  • Report on the hiring metrics (such as time to hire, source of hire, etc.);

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to onboard new hires;

  • Conduct exit interviews with the leavers.

Learning and Development

  • Create, design, and implement programs for performance management, development, employee assessment, and succession planning;

  • Works closely with the organization’s leaders to identify training needs and create strategic solutions for improving skills across the entire organization;

  • Identify individual learning initiatives that facilitate employee development;

  • Identify learning needs and employee competencies;

  • Report on key talent development metrics;

  • Design and run the performance management program.

Employee Engagement

  • Deliver consistently efficient approaches to the organization's internal communications to enhance members' engagement;

  • Develop effective channels of communication;

  • Ensure members' voices are visible and listened to through CFR, OKRs, etc.

  • Design and deliver member engagement strategy;

  • Organize team-building and bonding activities.
