Technical skills and Knowledge:

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) - B2 level. You are going to work with international clients and candidates;

  • Strong interpersonal communications skills to negotiate, resolve conflicts, present ideas, etc.

  • Be creative and open-minded.

About the position

Talemy is a young start-up with a mission "To search for a way to provide everyone the best place to shine". We provide human-resources consulting services ranging from recruitment (70%) to learning and development, employer branding, etc. (30%)

To effectively communicate our products and services to our audience, Talemy relies on a strong and creative marketing and branding team. As a Marketing & Branding Executive at Talemy, you'll have the opportunity to venture into all aspects of marketing, including brand positioning, assets creation, and content execution across various channels.

Your responsibilities go beyond creating meaningful content and sharing knowledge with our audience. You'll also delve into different frameworks to understand how to effectively communicate our products and create the ultimate Talemy experience.

Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to make a decision regarding your role within the marketing department. You can choose to become a generalist, overseeing marketing as a whole, or opt to be a specialist, focusing on a specific division of your choice. Your decision will be finalized after the Discussion & Decision Stage.

Note: Talemy is not seeking individuals with experience in all aspects mentioned below. These responsibilities are examples of the areas that marketing Taleminions might oversee.

Our marketers must strike a balance between B2B marketing, effectively communicating our products to clients, and B2C marketing, conveying our value proposition to candidates and followers.

Brand Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance Talemy brand experience, awareness, perception, and equity;

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key insights and opportunities to communicate Talemy core values: reliable and innovative through brand positioning and differentiation;

  • Define and maintain the Talemy brand guidelines system to ensure consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints. Learn more about Talemy Visual Language Guidelines;

  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, track market trends, and craft data-driven results.

Content Creation and Marketing:

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences. Talemy has three audiences with different wants and needs, our clients, our candidates, and our Talemininions;

  • Create knowledge-filled and value-focused content across various platforms and formats, including blog posts, social media (Facebook & LinkedIn), videos, and whitepapers;

  • Conduct audience research to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences, and tailor content accordingly;

  • Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to gather insights and generate compelling content, from products content, tips and tricks, and employer brand content.

When you decide to become a generalist, your responsibilities don't end there. You will also be responsible for overseeing analytics tasks and creating captivating visuals that showcase the Talemy experience.   • Competitive base salary depends on your experience, skills, and contribution;
