Technical skills and Knowledge:
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) - B2 level. You are going to work with international clients and candidates;
Strong interpersonal communications skills to negotiate, resolve conflicts, present ideas, etc.

As a young start-up, we need new ideas and products to constantly grow. The project management team creates changes for Talemy to become a good company to a great one. Their impact is measured through the products that we have today: Recruitment, Outsourcing, Training courses, etc.
The project management executive will constantly look for innovative ways to change our recent products, create new features to support our recent products, and might create new products for a whole new market. These outcomes are done through the researching, ideating, designing, planning, and maintaining process. As a project management executive, you will also have to manage scope creep, identify risk, and create new solutions for everything that might potentially be a roadblock for Talemy products.

Responsibilities
Creating a project plan and managing the work breakdown structure (WBS) schedule to ensure that all tasks are completed on time;
Overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, organizing, and supervising;
Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met throughout the project;
Managing the budget and making adjustments as needed to stay within limits;
Working closely with stakeholders to monitor project progress and identify issues that may arise during the course of the project;
Managing team members to ensure that they are working effectively toward the project’s goals;
Reviewing project documents such as scope statements, schedules, budgets, etc.
Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on project status;
Developing a detailed project plan based on the products’ requirements and objectives;
