Requirements

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) - B2 level. You are going to work with international clients and candidates. However, please note that our team primarily communicates in Vietnamese on a daily basis. English will be used when receiving recruitment orders from our international clients;

  • Strong interpersonal communications skills to negotiate, resolve conflicts, present ideas, etc.

About the position

Find, manage, and consult talents to create impact for our clients.


Recruitment consultants play an important role at Talemy, as they directly impact our company's growth. However, it is often mistaken for in-house recruitment due to its title. As a recruitment consultant, you receive recruitment orders from our clients and actively search for potential candidates, specifically focusing on the technologies industry. You then present these candidates to clients for the interview process. In short, you are seeking candidates on behalf of another company, not Talemy.


Additional information: Talemy predominantly serves clients in the technology industry, meaning you'll work extensively with candidates experienced in this field.


Your main responsibilities include providing information to candidates and consulting with clients throughout the hiring process. You must search for, communicate with, and assist candidates from various industries regarding the positions you are recruiting for. You will work closely with candidates to address any obstacles during their interview processes and ensure smooth applications. In addition to working with candidates, you will also track data (such as sourcing date, application status, CV status, and candidate sources) to identify areas for improvement. You are encouraged to think creatively and find solutions when challenges arise during the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

Candidate Management:

  • Utilize various channels such as sourcing, job postings, networking, and referrals to reach potential candidates;

  • Assess and screen candidate applications through Zalo to evaluate their suitability for the desired position;

  • Provide candidates with comprehensive information about the clients, positions, and associated benefits and perks;

  • Manage the application process, ensuring timely provision of information to prepare candidates for optimal outcomes;

  • Follow up during the interview process to safeguard candidates' experiences;

  • Act as a mediator between clients and candidates, communicating outcomes such as CV status, interview results, and test results;

  • Establish and maintain professional networks with candidates for future collaborations.


Client Management:

  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to understand job requests and provide regular updates;

  • Work closely with clients to ensure a thorough understanding of job requirements, candidate matches, qualifications, client's business, and necessary information to fulfill the role.


Miscellaneous:

  • Maintain candidate records, including CV status and interview stages, to track progress and offer support as needed;

  • Utilize data as leading indicators to anticipate problems and opportunities, streamline processes, and achieve improved results.


These responsibilities pertain to junior to senior level recruitment consultants. As you progress to the role of a Team Leader, your Client Management responsibilities will expand. You will have a greater focus on handling job requests from clients and ensuring a positive client experience. Moreover, you will oversee a team of 3 to 5 recruiters, ensuring the seamless execution of Talemy's external recruitment processes.

Benefits

Monetary Package:


Your salary = base salary + commission + hot bonus


  • The minimum base salary for (1) a full-time position is 5.000.000 VND and (2) part-time position is 3.000.000 VND. However, please note that your base salary may vary based on your experience, seniority, skills, and contribution. The final base salary will be determined during the Discussion & Decision Stage;

  • Attractive commission (up-to-date market rate). Your commission is separated from your base. Our consultants receive a minimum of 10% commission for each deal, and an additional 2% commission after achieving organizational goals for a specific job request. Please be aware that the commission structure may vary depending on the nature of the job request.
