Requirements
2 years of proven experience in UI/UX design. A strong UX/UI portfolio to demonstrate the capabilities;
Excellent verbal and written skills in English and ability to work in an English-speaking environment;
Strong working knowledge of UX/UI design tools;
Strong design system expertise;
Ability to work effectively with developers and project managers;
Understanding of business goals and requirements for solution-oriented approaches;
Strong working knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools;
Familiar with frontend engineering, especially in CSS. You should be able to handle minor CSS work instead of passing every little CSS thing to the engineers;
Previous experience with user-centered design principles and practices, web/mobile standards;
Previous experience with user research;
Excellent attention to detail;
Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset;
Manage time effectively, ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
A willingness to jump in and do what it takes to help the team achieve results;
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced, agile environment;
Familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry or experience in a related field is a plus.
Responsibilities
Conceptualizing creative ideas with stakeholders;
Understand the full scope of a typical user-centered design process: build low & high fidelity wireframes (UX), create visual design (UI) & prototype design solutions (Interaction Design);
Deliver attractive and effective user interfaces across a range of features in-app, games in-app, and operation tools;
Conduct user research to validate design concepts;
Turn data from the market, industry trends, competitive analysis, and user experience research into user insights and make the appropriate trade-offs from there. Employ design thinking and questioning techniques to develop strategies and execution plans where pathways are not always obvious;
Work closely with the product management and collaborate with peers in other design teams and contribute to the Design System;
Collaborate with the cross-functional teams from the start to the launch of a final product;
Ensure that quality of implementation meets design requirements.
