Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Marketing Specialist will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, from crafting high-performance campaigns to building vibrant communities. A deep understanding of localization in targeting when using ad networks as well as the ability to research each market's characteristics are important competencies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Ads:

  • Develop and manage high-performance advertising strategies across various platforms.

  • Optimize ad campaigns to achieve desired KPIs and ROI.

2. Creative Content:

  • Generate creative and engaging content for diverse marketing strategies.

  • Ensure content aligns with cultural nuances and language specifics of each market.

3. Inbound Marketing:

  • Design and implement inbound marketing strategies, focusing on user journey and in-app messaging.

  • Optimize in-app messaging strategies to maximize user engagement.

4. Partnership and Affiliate:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, especially affiliate partners.

  • Connect and collaborate with partners to enhance marketing strategies.

5. Building Community:

  • Develop online and offline community-building strategies.

  • Create and maintain a positive atmosphere within our user community.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the performance of marketing strategies.

  • Generate regular reports and propose strategy improvements based on collected data.
