A Winning Résumé
We understand that creating a great résumé can be stressful at times. Don't worry, we've got you covered with some tips to help you craft the best CV possible:
Highlight your achievements: Keep your achievements honest and simple. Don't be afraid to celebrate small wins, but also be humble about your big ones. Include any lessons learned from failures, as these can be just as valuable as successes.
Be results-oriented: Avoid simply listing your responsibilities or job duties. Instead, focus on the results you achieved in your past roles, and use numbers and specific examples to showcase your accomplishments (e.g., instead of "Post 50 social media posts", you can write "Create 50 social media posts through different channels with 2% average engagement rate").
Be truthful: Never lie on your resume. Instead, focus on identifying your true strengths and accomplishments, even if they may seem small or mundane.
Show your personality: While keeping it professional, don't be afraid to add some personality to your CV. This can be done through the use of color, fonts, or a unique layout.
Use clear visual hierarchy: Strategically use bold, highlights, and colors to make your CV visually appealing, professional, and easy to read.
For those with little to no experience: Don't worry! Think about the tasks you've done in school, clubs, or other activities. Identify any outcomes that you influenced, created, or assisted with, and include them in your resume (e.g., organizing successful birthday parties or leading class projects). Remember, at Talemy we value potential over seniority. Therefore, don't worry about using fancy words to make your résumé greater than your actual capability. Reliability is more than superiority.

Take your time to answer the Why do you want to join us? section. This is your chance to showcase your personality, potential, wants and needs. We want to know you better before chatting with you. Before submitting, double-check your information to ensure that it's accurate and up-to-date, including your phone number, email address, and LinkedIn profile link. We want to make sure we can easily reach out to you.

Our competency interview aims to understand your behavior when approaching different problems in relation to your prior knowledge. Questions like "Describe a time when you learned something new" will, for instance, help Talemy understand you as a learner and assess your learning ability.
Before the interview, try to reflect on any prior experiences to better understand your responses to certain problems and challenges. Note them down and nail your interview.
